From Paris to Merry-sur-Yonne (198km-123 miles)-2 hours
• Go on the A6 motorway direction LYON, take exit 19 (Auxerre), and follow the N6 towards Châlonssur-Saône and Dijon (do not drive through the town of Auxerre).
• Stay on the N6 until you get to the D100 direction Châtel, Censoir and Vézelay. Drive through Bazarnes, Trucy-sur-Yonne, Mailly-la-ville, and continue on the D100 towards Merry-sur-Yonne and le Saussois.
• When you arrive at Saussois take the D217 towards Merry-sur-Yonne center. The Charme Merry is the n°30 route de Compostelle, on the main road of the town (on the right of the church).
From Avallon to Merry-sur-Yonne (35km/20 miles)-35 minutes
• Take the N6 towards Auxerre, then comme off the N6 by taking the D951 direction Vézelay, the D21 direction Châtel Censoir.
• Drive through Montillot, Fontenille. At Châtel Censoir, take the D100 towards Mailly-la-ville, Merry-sur-Yonne and le Saussois.
• Leaving le Saussois take the D217 towards Merry-sur-Yonne center. The Clos Merry is the n°30 route de Compostelle, on the main road of the town (on the right of the church). |
